Talon Tres PWD Connect supports the Persons with Disability Association of Barangay Talon Tres by bringing member services, reminders, documents, and official communication into one web-based system.
Why the system was created
Manual member records and PWD ID expiry checking can make timely follow-up difficult. Renewal documents are also harder to track when handled across separate records.
Announcements shared through multiple Messenger group chats and area leaders may not reach every member. The portal provides one protected place for eligible members to find official information and updates.
